Welcome to Papa Hassan's Grill previously known as Papa Hassan's Cafe !!!! The home of the best Lebanese Shawarma in all of Orange County. Established in 1977, we continue to strive for excellence.
In honor of our father, Ahmad Hassan Haidar, we are using his time -tested recipies and techniques. Papa Hassan's receipies have humble beginnings from the time he was a very young cook in the french foreign legion. Then, as a chef that reowned Ajami Restaurant in Beirut, he perfected the art of cooking. His creativity led him to open his own restauraunt in beirut, where he enthusiastically taught us, his sons, the art of cooking. Thanks to his hard work and love we have now been established in Southern California for over 34 years.
